Staying in baseball shape

There are plenty of exercises baseball players can do to stay in shape. One that is very important is working the arm. Players need a good long-toss program to keep their arms in shape.

Another thing that helps is thera-band exercises. A thera-band or surgical tubing can be used for these exercises. They are used to strengthen the shoulder and the rotator cuff muscles.
