CITY OF ANNISTON PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT YOUTH FOOTBALL REGISTRATION

Registration Deadline: Aug. 11, 2006

Registration Fee: $45
$40 for each additional child in the same immediate family household.

Full uniform provided.
League play begins in Sept.
Birth Certificates required for all participants.

You may register at the Anniston PARD admin office located at 1128 Gurnee Ave., Anniston OR any city of Anniston local community center.
