Oxford Black AAA Eliminated in state tournament;Richie sets state record MONTGOMERY - On Saturday, July 30, Oxford AAA lost to Fairhope National 12-8 in the first round of the state tournament and was eliminated in the second round by Clanton, 5-4. In the game against Fairhope National, Kenyon Richie, third baseball for Oxford Black AAA, tied the All-Star state tournament record with two home runs in one game and another state record for six RBI’s in one game.
