Anniston Runners Club announces their 2006 Grand Prix

The Anniston Runners Club is inviting all runners to join our club and participate in our club’s 2006 Coosa Valley Grand Prix.

The goal of the Coosa Valley Grand Prix is to recognize consistent performances by A.R.C. members in the local race circuit. A secondary purpose of the Grand Prix series is to increase participation in RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) races and to increase membership in the Anniston Runners Club. Runners competing in this year’s Grand Prix will receive points based upon their finish in designated races. Prizes/awards will be awarded to the top male and female age group runners at the end of year ARC banquet.

Tell us about a coach, commissioner, league leader, official, volunteer or parent that has made an impact on youth and adult recreational sports in our community. Include the person’s name, his/her role, the sport and why he/she is a Score! Champion. Please include your name and contact information for any questions.

It just became easier to send your photos to Score!

You may now upload your pics directly from the Score! Web site using this simple online submission form.

Not only will you be able to upload the image file, but by filling out the submission form you’ll be able to provide us with the info we’ll need to run your photo in both the print and Web editions of Score! Please make sure you have this information handy:

Who’s the photographer? Let us know who took the photo so we can properly credit them. If you’re submitting the photo courtesy of your league or another organization, you can enter that instead of (or in addition to) the photographer’s name.
