Anniston youth football team catch action at UAB

Thanks to the generous contribution of Dr. Robert Svensen, members of the Anniston Youth Football Bulldogs and their parents were able to attend a UAB Blazers Football game.

The Blazers played the University of Central Florida at Legion Field on Saturday, Nov. 12.

These young players not only watched the game but they also had an opportunity to spend time with the UAB coaches and players on the sidelines.

Dr. Svensen is an alumni of UAB and the father of Ross Svensen, who plays linebacker and offensive line for the Bulldogs C team.
