The 2005 Ohatchee Midget football team ended their season with an 8-2 winning record. With a 1st place position in their Region, the Ohatchee Midgets advanced to the Coosa Valley Football for Youth Championship playoffs, held on Nov. 5, for the first time in 10 years.

The playoff defeat of the Munford Midgets gave way for Ohatchee to take on the Lineville Midgets in the Coosa Valley Football for Youth Championship game Nov. 12 at the Lineville High School field. Losing to the Lineville Midgets, Ohatchee placed 2nd in the Coosa valley Football for Youth Small School Division Championship.

The team was led by Chris Willingham (head coach), Brandon Cole, James Wise, Terry Wink and Rodney Lowe.
