Can't beat the Heat

The 10U Heat from South Highland went undefeated through their seven regular season games. They then went on to defeat their three opponents in the District 4 tournament held at the Gadsden Civic Center on Feb. 25.

On March 17, the group will travel to Alabaster for the Alabama Recreation & Parks Association state tournament. Their first match-up will be Saturday, March 18, at 10:30 a.m. against a 10U team from Sylacauga. Ten teams will participate in the state tournament, one from each district.
